A bottle leaves our hands the way it would leave a friend's.

I — DISPATCH

Hand packed in Stockholm.

Every order leaves our atelier within two working days, sealed in recycled board, wrapped in unbleached tissue, and finished with the batch ticket signed by the maker. We do not ship on weekends or Swedish public holidays.

II — DELIVERY

Carbon-offset, tracked, signed for.

Sweden — 1 to 2 working days, complimentary above 950 SEK. European Union — 2 to 4 working days, complimentary above 120 EUR. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway — 3 to 5 working days, duties calculated at checkout. Rest of world — 5 to 9 working days via DHL Express.

III — RETURNS

Thirty days, unopened, no questions.

Fragrance is intimate, and we want you to live with it before you commit. Unopened bottles in their original seal may be returned within thirty days for a full refund. Email returns@azoth.se and we will issue a prepaid label for EU orders.

IV — DAMAGES

If anything arrives less than perfect.

Glass travels. On the rare occasion a bottle arrives damaged, photograph the parcel as you opened it and write to hello@azoth.se within 72 hours. A replacement leaves the same day, with our apologies.
